How many years of training ?
I am practicing since the age of 10. Total 14 years since I started, but actually I trained 10 years. Because in 2009 I was wounded in the knee and tore the cruciate ligaments and meniscus, and as a result I went to two surgeries and rehabilitation that lasted about 3 years.
Just a year ago I got back to train, and to compete six months ago.
How many hours of training per week ?
I train about 10 hours per week. Trainings that including Karate practice and fitness.
Why did you start karate ?
Since always my dad was a fan of martial arts films, especially of Bruce Lee.
He decided to take me and my two brothers to experience karate training. That one practice was enough for me to fall in love with this martial art.
Why do you like this sport ?
First of all, as a child, Karate has given me self- confidence far beyond just the physical sense. Karate gives you a different perspective on life and teaches you to be more responsible and mature and gives you tools to deal with different situations in life.
When I grew up and started to compete and I realized I really good at it, I love the strong character and achievements that it gave me. I learned not to give up on anything in life.
I can not imagine myself waking up to a new day and not doing what I love most...

No, i have never had to use my art in self defence. I don't even get myself into situations that i would may use karate.
Would you like to play in action/martial art movie ?
Yes, I would like to play in action/martial art movie… it's kind of a dream since i started practice Karate.
Any advices to women who want to practise this sport ?
I highly recommend this amazing sport. It contributes a lot to raise confidence and aspirations in life, and Don't think about what others say, it is a sport for women just like it is for men.
I always say that KARATE is more then a sport or a martial art – it is a way of life!
